Search for Finland's Team Leader for EuroSkills Herning 2025 is open
Team Finland will compete next in the EuroSkills competition in September 2025. We are now looking for a second team leader for the team. The application is open until November 15, 2024.
Team Leader will support and supervise the Finnish team of 20 competitors both in the competition and at the training camps before. The Team Leader’s task is to ensure the best possible conditions for Finnish competitors to succeed. We are looking for a flexible, English-speaking individual with a pedagogical background.
The Team Leader will gain valuable knowledge about Finnish and international vocational education and will create a European cooperation network with Team Leaders around Europe. This network and knowledge can be utilized, for example, in organizing European student and teacher exchanges. The competition experience offers a unique opportunity to see top professionals from various fields in action.
Skills Finland will cover the Team Leader’s competition package and the costs of the training camps. The Team Leader’s background organization commits to enabling the person’s working hours and travel expenses for the training camps.
